Greetings Roger,
When I submit a post, it generates a page with this message:

General Error
template->_tpl_load_file(): File ./language/en_us/email/prime_notify_topic.txt does not exist or is empty
Please notify the board administrator or webmaster: roger.meier@pobox.com

It seems the post gets submitted though...

Yes, this happens to me as well from time to time. I don't know why the phpBB software does this occasionally, because there really isn't an error, and the post gets submitted without a problem.
