Hi,

First, thanks for a wonderful software!

I have encountered a minor bug, in that if you set a different font size in preferences and then click on Clear Data, the formatting also disappears. Opening and closing preferences again restores it to the custom value.
Thought I'd let you know.

Version: 1.4.6 (build 322)
OS: OS X (10.11.3)

Thanks for reporting this. I confirmed the bug and fixed it. The next release will include this fix.
